This model of folding Bessa was made from 1930 to 1935. This one has a “D” prefix to the serial number, indicating 1932 production. It has the f/6.3 Voigtar lens.

This camera is very well-preserved and appears to have been used only lightly. The metalwork is bright with no wear. It is a virtually pristine camera from 94 years ago.

This model of camera is a favorite of mine. These take nice photos. I took this one out for a summer evening at the beach in Warwick, Rhode Island. I won’t likely use this example often, the condition is just so nice. It will mostly remain safe on a shelf.
