This model of Brownie is something of an upgrade over earlier models, with a sturdy aluminum body.

This Kodak Brownie No. 2 Model F shows use and some traces of adhesive where someone glued the leatherette down. Someone cared for this. I took it on a walk in the woods yesterday in Norfolk, Massachusetts. The film is Fomapan 400. Developing this film in Rodinal 1+50 resulted in some noisy grain, but there is still a sharpness I find appealing. Kodak put nice lenses in these simple cameras.
