This was the last prewar version of the Box Tengor line. The film transport winder is a large knurled knob. The small knob here is the device that locks the camera shut when it is loaded with film. This is a fairly advanced camera with three focus zones, three aperture settings, and a double exposure prevention feature.

This one has a neat dealer tag from the firm of Oskar Hirrlinger in Stuttgart.

Most of these photos show rather soft focus. I suspect that more practice with this camera would allow me to figure out how to get the best results out of it. Part of the reason why I shoot with so many cameras is because the results can be so different from one camera to the next, and I can choose different cameras for different looks to my photos. A drawback to this is that using many cameras instead of just a few makes it tough to nail down the precise methods and techniques best suited to each individual camera.
